"It was approx 20 mins. The driver sent a text to advise me he got caught in traffic, however I didnt receive it as my phone doesnt receive imessages. Can i make a suggestion your drivers use standard text messages? I made sure i ordered the taxi with time to spare as it was for a show in glasgow so the lateness didnt impact us at all thankfully. Apart from this small issue, the driver and the journey were great."
